The Daisy Network is a charity dedicated to providing information and support to women diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI), also known as Premature Menopause.
Lin shared her story with me back in September 2018, but it’s just as inspiring and relevant today as it was then. It’s a 35 minute listen, so perfect for popping on to listen to whilst pottering, walking or exercising, or just take some time and put your feet up and enjoy hearing Lin’s story …by Jane Midwinter
Lin talks about living in the South of France where she runs bed and breakfast accommodation and holiday cottages near Carcassonne, Mirepoix & Limoux. She told me about her life there, and her work as a Macmillan nurse, what was in place for women at menopause where she worked and about having breast cancer.

Helen shared her story of running her own business as a hairdresser, supporting customers when they had hot flushes, HRT and going through a time where she felt invisible …
