1. Individual Coaching Session

2. The Foundation package:

The Foundation package combines three confidential coaching sessions with supported actions.

3. The Mastery Package:

This is a 7-Step programme and the most comprehensive menopause package for small or large groups of women.

This 7-Step Coaching Package combines coaching sessions and supported actions in ‘7 clear, incremental steps.

Delivered as a day event or as a series of workshops across 7 – 14 weeks:

£420 for individuals

One Day Event – £700

15% discount to schools and non-profits

* If delivered as a one-day event, each delegate will receive two 1:1 coaching sessions following the event. If delivered over 14 weeks, coaching sessions run will throughout the programme.


  1. Transactional Analysis: ideas for those wanting to understand communication in relationships, have constructive conversations and enable change without conflict.
  2. Core Skills of Coaching: training in self-coaching techniques to support sustained wellbeing and success.
  3. Building Resilience – Visiting the Wells: a tour through the wells of wellness, providing strategies for sustained wellbeing.
  4. An introduction to journalling: learn how to capture thoughts, and shape ideas and emotions through journalling – with gratitude and positive affirmations, poetry and prose – to support emotional agility.
  5. Paint yourself Calm: a focus on the process of mindful painting to support mental health and well-being.

Note: Menopause workshops can be chosen from the above list and delivered at the one-day event or cn be booked as separate workshops.
